Access Holdings Plc has announced the appointment of Sa’adu Jijji as Chief Executive Officer of Access ARM Pensions and Abiodun Adigun as Managing Director of Oxygen X Finance Company Limited, its digital lending subsidiary.
The company confirmed the appointments in a regulatory filing on Thursday, noting that both have received the required regulatory approvals.
Chairman of Access Holdings Plc, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, said the appointments reflect the group’s ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership depth across its subsidiaries as it advances its shift from scale to value creation.
He said the group remains committed to building a strong executive pipeline capable of driving innovation, improved governance, and sustainable growth across its financial services businesses.
Sa’adu Jijji brings over 20 years of experience in pension fund administration, investment management, actuarial consulting, and corporate strategy.
He previously held senior leadership roles at Premium Pension Limited, Alexander Forbes Consulting Actuaries Nigeria, and Pension Alliance Limited, where he served as acting managing director and chief executive officer. In that role, he oversaw pension assets exceeding N1.2 trillion while delivering improvements in operations, compliance, and growth.
Access ARM Pensions said his appointment is aimed at strengthening its market position, enhancing investment performance, and deepening customer trust within the pension industry.
Jijji holds an MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University.
Abiodun Adigun has over two decades of experience in financial services, with expertise in business development, sales leadership, credit management, customer experience, and business transformation.
Before his appointment, he served as Country Sales Head and Chief Marketing Officer at Credit Direct Finance Company Limited, where he led expansion initiatives and supported strategic diversification.
He holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School in Shanghai and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing UK.
Oxygen X Finance Company Limited said his appointment is expected to accelerate growth and innovation within its digital lending operations.
