Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has released a list of 32 authorised financial institutions and platforms through which investors can subscribe to its shares under the planned public offer.
The approved channels include commercial banks, fintech companies, mobile money operators and NGX Invest.
The company published the list on its official IPO website and cautioned prospective investors against using platforms not contained in the approved list.
“Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here,” the company said.
The 32 channels comprise 19 banks, 10 fintech and investment platforms, two mobile operators and NGX Invest.
The banks approved to handle subscriptions are Access Bank, Ecobank, FCMB, Fidelity Bank, FirstBank, Globus Bank, GTCO, Jaiz Bank, Keystone Bank, Lotus Bank, PremiumTrust Bank, Providus Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Sterling Bank, TAJ Bank, UBA, Union Bank, Wema Bank and Zenith Bank.
The fintech and investment platforms are Bamboo, Flutterwave, InvestNaija, Ladder, Moniepoint, Paga, Payaza, PiggyVest, Vetiva Invest and we.yan.
Airtel SmartCash and MTN MoMo were listed as the approved mobile money operators, while NGX Invest was included as the authorised Nigerian Exchange platform.
According to the refinery’s IPO website, the offer price is currently ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, equivalent to ₦5,250.
The planned public offer is part of Dangote Refinery’s strategy to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares.
The refinery urged investors to verify their subscription channels through its official IPO platform before making any payment or submitting an application.
